Plus, it’s caffeine-free and perfect for staying hydrated. This vegan and paleo-friendly drink is an excellent option for those following a Whole30 diet, providing a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened strawberry sparkling water (like Perrier or Bubly)
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton if on Whole30; vanilla is excellent otherwise)

Instructions

Prepare the Drink:

  1. Pour freeze-dried strawberries into a serving cup.
  2. Pour Perrier strawberry sparkling water over the strawberries.
  3. Stir well and let it sit for a couple of minutes to steep.

Serve:

  1. Add ice to the glass.
  2. Pour coconut milk over the ice.
  3. Stir and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use about 1 cup of any other strawberry-flavored sparkling water, including Spindrift.
  • Fresh strawberries can be used instead of freeze-dried, but the pink drink won’t have as much of a strawberry flavor.

Can I Use Another Kind of Dairy-Free Milk?

Yes, you can! If you can’t drink coconut milk, alternative milk is okay. However, if you can drink coconut milk, it’s highly recommended for this recipe. It’s richer than other alternative milk, and the subtle coconut flavor pairs beautifully with the strawberry.

Can I Use Coconut Milk from a Can?

You can, but coconut milk from a carton is preferred. It blends better with sparkling water and has a generally better flavor for this beverage. While coconut milk from a can is often used in recipes, it works better for this drink.
