I find the best way to get started is by joining dancing classes. Even if you don’t want to join the classes, you start by watching YouTube videos.
Another great option is fitness workout and yoga for better health and good balance.

Even if you don’t have time to wash your hair every day, take some time in the evening to detangle it and brush it with a bristle brush for shine and stimulate hair growth.
Then, make sure to use a deep condition once a week, as this will make the total difference in your hair texture and overall health.
Try using transparent shampoo once every 15 days for deep cleansing and intercalate it with a hydrating shampoo.
Don’t forget to use some high-quality hair oil, even if you have oily hair, for an extra touch of shine and bounciness.

Eating healthy is a cornerstone of glowing up, and it starts with focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods.

Limit processed foods, added sugars, and salty snacks that can cause bloating and dullness, and instead, opt for wholesome snacks like Greek yogurt, hummus with veggies, or fresh fruit.
Planning and prepping your meals ahead of time can also help you stay consistent and make healthier choices effortless.
10. Go to bed early and get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep and going to bed early are essential for looking and feeling your best.
Sleep is when your body goes into repair mode, regenerating skin cells, reducing inflammation, and boosting collagen production, which helps keep your skin firm and glowing.
A good night’s sleep also reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes, giving you a refreshed and youthful look.
Additionally, sleep regulates stress hormones, like cortisol, which can contribute to acne and dull skin when imbalanced.
Prioritizing 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night ensures that your body has the time it needs to heal, leaving you with a radiant complexion, brighter eyes, and a healthier, more energized appearance.

12. Basic Makeup
There are ways to look good without makeup, but if you still feel like you need to cover up some imperfections, invest in a good foundation, concealer, blush, and lipstick, just to get started.
I love the MAC powder foundation as I have oily skin, but if you have normal to dry skin, I advise you to use the MAC Face and Body Foundation which I use too from time to time.
I love these two options because they look so natural on the skin, it looks great without being obvious that I am wearing foundation.
For the cheeks, I love to have a blush stick in my bag and re-touch it from time to time. At the moment I’m in love with the Lancome Sticky blusher that lasts long and is very handy.
