- Jeans, shorts, skirts – Depending on your destination, pack your favorite bottoms that are easy to style.

- 1 light jacket or rain jacket – Always pack a jacket for chilly evenings or unexpected rain.

- 14 pairs of underwear – Enough to last without frequent laundry stops.
- 7 pairs of socks – Essential for comfort and hygiene.
Swimwear & Sleepwear:

Toiletries & Personal Care
I like to use travel-size toiletries even if I am traveling by car or by train to keep it simple. Here are the essentials:

- Brush or comb
Body Care:
- Body soap
- Lotion
- Sunscreen – Protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays.
- Deodorant – A must-have.
- Razor / shaving cream – For smooth skin while traveling.
Oral Care:
- Toothpaste and toothbrush
- Floss – Keep your smile fresh.
Feminine Care:
- Tampons/pads – Plan ahead and be prepared.
Insect Repellent:
- Especially for outdoor destinations.
Shoes
Get the essential shoes, make sure they are comfortable, and that you have worn it enough times to know they will not hurt you. I remember once when I bought a new pair of runners just for an specific trip and it hurt the entire time.
- 2 pairs of sneakers or hiking shoes – For exploring and comfort.
- 1 pair of flats – Dressy enough for a night out but comfy for walking.
- 1 pair of dress shoes (optional) – In case you’re attending a formal event.
Makeup Must-Haves
